Our CEO began his career as a fighter pilot. His military past is reflected in our business philosophy, our approach to professional recruiting, and our commitments to our clients. BRANDON KNOTTS
CEO
As a managing partner and founder, Brandon Knotts combines his long and successful military experience with a passion for technology. He leads Dash2’s overall operations and the Solutions division. Brandon spent more than a decade in the U.S. Marines as an officer, fighter pilot and flight instructor. He retired from the Marine Corps in 2017.
Prior to starting Dash2, Brandon worked in the U.S. defense industry as an IT project manager and co-founded a successful technology company focused on federal contracting.
Brandon is a graduate of Florida State University and a passionate outdoorsman. Outside of work you can find him up in the mountains paragliding, mountain bike riding, trail running, skiing or kitesurfing. He particularly enjoys grueling endurance events like the Park City Point to Point, the Speedgoat 50k, and adventure races throughout the American West.

SENIOR RECRUITER
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
A tenured recruiter, Gary brings close to a decade of experience to the team. Relationship building is Gary’s specialty and he brings the service-first approach to life. Outside of Dash2, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and four children—playing video games, being outdoors and watching movies.
