Our CEO began his career as a fighter pilot. His military past is reflected in our business philosophy, our approach to professional recruiting, and our commitments to our clients. THE DASH2 LEADERSHIP TEAM
Brandon Knotts
As a managing partner and founder, Brandon Knotts combines his long and successful military experience with a passion for technology. He leads Dash2’s overall operations and the Solutions division. Brandon spent more than a decade in the U.S. Marines as an officer, fighter pilot and flight instructor. He retired from the Marine Corps in 2017.
Prior to starting Dash2, Brandon worked in the U.S. defense industry as an IT project manager and co-founded a successful technology company focused on federal contracting.
Brandon is a graduate of Florida State University and a passionate outdoorsman. Outside of work you can find him up in the mountains paragliding, mountain bike riding, trail running, skiing or kitesurfing. He particularly enjoys grueling endurance events like the Park City Point to Point, the Speedgoat 50k, and adventure races throughout the American West.
Alan Sansovich
Alan joined DASH2 in the spring of 2021 and as Managing Partner is responsible for the company’s operations and growth. He draws from nine years in the US Marine Corps serving in highly-selective Force Reconnaissance units.
Following his time in the military, Alan joined a tech start up in the energy sector where he served in several operational, commercial, and strategic roles. As COO then CEO, Alan led the highly-technical organization performing work for Fortune 500 energy clients around the world. Alan holds a BA in International Studies from the University of South Alabama and an MBA from Tulane University.
An advocate for living an active lifestyle, he trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, loves all mountain sports, and regularly travels with his wife and two sons.
